Hill Climber Mk 2: Good For Some Best Beginner Hill Climber Mk. Still, for the purposes of ranking up and progressing, the bus can’t be beat. In adventure mode however, don’t expect to go more than 2,000-3,000 meters in it. In race cups, the matches are so short these breakages are rarely a problem. Even in this form however, the bus is a force to be reckoned with and unless you meet an exceptionally steep hill this shouldn’t be a problem. Then the back half of the bus will fall off and you’ll be left with just one front tire. First the top will pop off, followed by the back passengers being ejected. As you drive around, making jumps and making rough landings, the bus will slowly fall apart. It’s worth noting that the bus is also the only vehicle that breaks apart. The Air Control tuning part and Wings will allow for much more control in the air. With these upgrades, the Bus should easily outclass most other vehicles you go against. Upgrading the Bus should be your biggest investment until the Dune Buggy. Its only real downside is its sluggish speed in the air, but there is a fix for that below. It also packs a lot of torque, allowing it to climb up steep hills even without a lot of speed. Despite its size and bulk, the bus is able to accelerate relatively fast. Until you unlock the Dune Buggy, the Bus is going to be your best friend. Bus: Your Best Early Beginner Vehicle Bus Beginner Vehicle Build ![]() The Air Control tuning part will allow you to more easily land and maintain your Scooter’s wheelie-ing, and the Wheelie Boost will allow you to go that much farther. Because of its weight distribution, the Scooter is most suited for the wheelie Team challenge. Often, scooters are one of the vehicles you can use. In team challenges, you are tasked with completing four unique challenges with a limited palette of cars. Eventually you’ll want to unlock the scooter for Team challenges. You’re going to want to save the coins you would’ve spent on it for upgrading the Bus when you unlock it. The Scooter is definitely a step up from the Hill Climber, but just barely. Scooter: Skip It In The Beginning Scooter With Upgrades I Regret ![]() The Magnet tuning part will also help speed up your coin collecting, and the Wheelie Boost will help the clunker get over those slightly steep hills it otherwise couldn’t. Eventually this gravy train cools off a bit, but by then you’ll have saved up a lot of coins by not investing heavily into the Hill Climber. Hill Climb 2 gives players a bunch of coins in the early game for gaining rank, opening chests, and driving through adventure mode. You’re only going to use the Hill Climber to rack up coins in the early game. Here’s the upgrades you’ll want to run with: You’re not going to use this vehicle much in the later game, so it doesn’t need to be upgraded that much. The very first vehicle you’ll get in Hill Climb 2 is slow but reliable.
